Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you use FindMyMeal.app, we may collect the search terms and locations you enter, and — only with your browser's permission — your device's approximate location so we can show nearby results. Like most websites, we may also collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device type and pages visited.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Site, including returning relevant food photos and restaurant results, remembering your selected location, and understanding how the Site is used.
3. Location Information
The Site may request your device's location to pre-fill your city and state. This happens only if you allow it in your browser, and you can deny or revoke that permission at any time. If precise location is unavailable, we may estimate your general area from your IP address. Location is used to show nearby results and is not stored as a permanent record of where you have been.
4. Third-Party Services
Search results, photos, ratings, reviews and maps are provided by third parties, including Yelp and Google. When you view this content or follow links to those services, their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and keep the service working properly. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Site, or when required by law.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us through the Site.
